Currently the gravel truck driver has stated in a deposition that he didn't kill Brandon. He said he ran over something that felt like a bump. Most likely it was Brandons dead body. The gravel truck drivers truck was inspected by sherriffs shortly after he hit the bump and no blood or anything was found.
