How is that possible?

Looking deeper into the online available court documents of all the law suits which LucasFilm is facing as respondent this and next year,
one can find the same names involved in all of them on behalf of LucasFilm – HR department, mostly senior staff members
(not mentioning names here, which is not the place nor is it right to do so)

They are serious cases against LucasFilm, which are easy to find online.

All of them are based on some kind of discrimination:
- sexual (one known case scheduled for court this year),
- sex based (several less known cases),
- race based (this case),
- pregnancy based discrimination (another major case right now scheduled for court May 2005),
and several less known cases talked about on forums.

It is always the same how LucasFilm handles workers, and therefore the cases escalate.

What disturbs me is the “slight” possibility that George Lucas, who’s is the boss of his HR department, George Lucas who’s the icon of “good against evil” knows about what is happening.

Our perception of Lucas company is the ongoing fight between “good and evil”, where the good always wins.
What will the people, the customers, the children who watch their movies, the grandparents who buy LucasFilm toys for the grandchildren say if they would know that inside of the LucasFilm illusion house – good never wins!?
