Put in another way, why did Obama appoint Dr Rice and Congress approve her? She has blood on her hands for conceiving Meles Zenawi, Museveni and Kagame, together with Clinton and Warren Christopher. The gestation period of the conception was a most tumultuous pregnancy leading a still birth and miscarriage that has sown blood over Africa's Great Lakes. The incestuous pregnancy arose from the self fertilization bred by this like minded people. Their sons must not be allowed to breed again. So who was responsible for the hiring of Dr Susan Rice? This is backwards: Pentagon–>Uganda–>SPLA–> Darfur rebels.

And, though, I try not to speculate about what goes on in the mind of a distant head of state, especially a U.S. president, surrounded by the full force of the national security state and the military industrial machine, as Barack Obama now is, I thought he looked almost a bit ill as he left the podium, after handing it over to his new UN Ambassador Susan Rice.
