Living in the Bay Area, I hear endless complaints about Barbara Lee. That she hasn’t spoken out about the Oscar Grant shooting, hasn’t done anything for Oakland, etc., etc. Living in San Francisco, I don’t really know, but with regard to the war(s), she continues to be the most principled voice in D.C., so I’m about to post this to several sites on the Web.

Barbara Lee speaks for me!!! To have 40,000 or more US troops in Afghanistan chasing 100 Al Quida members is just a piece of stupid. We are just beginning to hear about the oil deals in Iraq; Paul Bremer sold off the national companies BEFORE the people who owned them were allowed to vote on anything. So much for bringing democracy to Iraq. Soon we will see the deal on the pipeline across Afghanistan. Barbara Lee is a unique and rare democrat so she ought to do what Cynthia McKinney did (12 yrs. US Congresswoman/democrat) and JOIN THE GREEN PARTY where the corporations own no one and democracy is alive.

What else could she do? She is an antiamerican communist, friend and admirer of Castro and Chavez. She would join forces with the worst muslim terrorists as long as they are trying to hurt America. People like this lady would be put in jail for treason in any other country but America.
