i recently had a run in with the police in my town(merced, CA) and they beat me, ripped the tissue in my shoulders and tazed the sh*# out of me. the officer hit me in the face three times and then had to go to the hospital to get his hand Xrayed for a possible fracture. i was hit and knocked unconsiance that’s when they twisted my body up twisting my shoulders so hard that the pain bought me to conciseness, i was then thrown in the back of the police car and tazed by 2 to 3 officers leaving the small circles the tazer leaves, nothing about these tazings was mentioned in the police report.they then said a ambulance showed up to treat me ( bold face lie) they then took me to the local hospital to draw blood where a nurse pulled the barbs from my body and cleaned the blood from my face. this all happened in the lab by the same nurse, they never took me to the emergency room just the lab.. i was then taken to the jail thrown into the padded room naked. i was charged with two felonies ,assault on a policemen and felony resisting the charges were reduced to misdemeanors after the 60days was up for them to proceed with the preliminary trial, i spent another month in jail requesting the video from that night witch my public pretender never received. my public defender and the DA later had to go to were the videos data is recorded and sat down and watched the video they immediately dropped the assault on an officer and offered me misd. resisting and out of jail that night they also said that if it goes to trial and i get convicted that they could get me for violation of probation and sentence me to three years in prison. i took the deal they offered to get out of jail, i then filed a complaint which nothin ever happened and now i get dogged by the cops when i leave the house. if somebody could advocate for me and request the video and audio from that night and get the records from the phantom ambulance that never came to treat my wounds, i know discrepancies could be found and there police brutality could be exposed. this town just had an incident with a black man in a wheel chair who was tazed and left on the ground naked in in front of his apartments(Greg williams) Merced is a cesspool of corruption and i believe this town needs an independent auditor. this town spends more money for public defenders per cap. than fresno which is much bigger and has a worse gang prob. than merced.(oh yea the DA and the lady in charge of the public defenders are husband and wife). we just had a wife to the swat team commander get charged with embezzling money from the county(800,000) this town had a inncident with the da. who was being investigated for some type of fraud, well the building holding the records was set on fire, its things like this that go on in merced that need outside scrutiny. thanks for taking the time to read this and if you could help me i would appreciate it, thank you
