These developers have public meetings allowing the respective communities to voice their opinions and concerns regarding the redevelopment process. You should go to them instead of making up and spreading conspracy theories. The buildings that these developers are replacing are in hopeless disrepair and the real injustice is making anyone live in them at all. Rebuilding them is an act of mercy and it's a shame that it hasn't been done sooner. The ignorance that this article displays is terrifying.
