I'm rarely more impressed than I was by members of the Bayview Hunters Point community who appeared at City Hall to speak out against the totally ridiculous 65 pages, produced at a cost of $1.1 million, over ten years time, and then called the Bayview Hunters Point Redevelopment Plan.

I later learned that the illiterate "Concept Plan" and the enormously crass "Master Developer" terms used in the plan were pure RDA boilerplate, terms which appear in every RDA plan all over the country, to bureaucratize and sterilize the barbaric invasion of the inner city by one more mega-corporate criminal, the Lennar Corporation.

I honestly don't know what to conclude from the State Supreme Court's decision to uphold this decision. The depth of corruption behind all this, and the collusion at every level of government, suggest that there really is no justice possible within government as is.

Try googling Bayview Hunters Point Redevelopment Plan. That should give you a lot of answers. For example, a map of the "project area" is at http://www.sfgov.org/site/uploadedfiles/sfra/Projects/Map%20BVHPProjectArea2006finalWeb(1).pdf. The 62-page plan itself is at http://www.sfgov.org/site/uploadedfiles/sfra/Projects/BVHP%20Redevelopment%20Plan%20062206.pdf, with maps at the end. Yes, Third Street and the first several blocks of Williams are included.

Where EXACTLY is the redevelopment plan to effect homeowners,
like with north east south and west street borders? For instance;
Is this as far west as 3rd street or as far sough as Williams? If you
don't know, where can one get the exact information?

Thank you
