THIS IS A CAHILL|NIBBI JOINT VENTURE JOB. The project is located in Hunters View (Middle Point Road and West Point Road), San Francisco and divided into three (3) main phases. Within Phase 1 we are requesting bids for site demolition, grading and complete new infrastructure from all qualified subcontractors including those certified with San Francisco Redevelopment Agency. Building Demolition and Abatement has been completed with infrastructure work to follow. The Infrastructure work is to include: surveying, erosion control, mitigation measures, site demolition, excavation, grading, paving, signage & striping, sewer & storm drain, piers, concrete, rebar, paving, storm water detention vault, manholes, gas mains, water mains, fire hydrants, joint trenches, street lighting, retaining walls, sidewalks, curbs & gutters, curb ramps, metal handrails & guardrails, landscape & irrigation, a new park area, and security guard services during infrastructure work.

The Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOH), San Francisco Redevelopment Agency and San Francisco Housing Authority (SFRA) are involved in this project as well. There will be Prevailing Wage Requirements (Federal & State) on this project. Cahill Nibbi JV is Signatory to the Carpenters, Laborers & Operating Engineers.

All Bid Documents will be available the week of June 25, 2010.

Plans are available for viewing at Nibbi’s Plan Room, Cahill’s Main Office/Yard, as well as Bay Area Builder’s Exchanges and Plan Rooms.

Pre-bid Meeting & Job Site Walk (non-mandatory) is scheduled for Friday, July 9, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. Meeting will be held onsite on West Point Road within the fenced construction site.
