Mass sexual violance is a crime against humanity in which impunity much be allowed; the UN must conduct an investigation on this regard and the propert traiter mush be punish. prescription cannot end violence, is a way of preventing sickness, to stop or end this evil doing; this need to identify the criminal and punish them for their wrong dore. what ever their belong : government soldier, or rebel soldier or UN members.
