The DA in Oakland should be fired, the correct charge should have been murder under color of authority. There is some indication that a conspiracy charge might have (could be) brought against all of the on-scene officers. Common sense shouts out that the officers entered with a 'plan' of some sort. I would like to think that killing someone was not a part of the plan. But once they lost control, anything could happen. And let us not overlook the racial aspects. Is this not a replay of Abu Ghrabe (sp?)? Low hanging fruit, weapons, etc.

tony morone pirone,tsk tsk! U tried to impress ur girlfriend domenici, which raises the question or rule if police can sniff around for women in their presinct; it becomes an explosive situation!! For all we know domenici may be sexually harrassed (u no the BLUE LINE)and has no recourse to mediate the situation. By all descriptions pirone was under the influence (he couldn’t tell a straight story)with pirone’s knee on oscar, totally contained by police; mesherle (nubie?) is guilty whether taser which has killed many oakland residents or gun; either could have killed grant.
