The major stymie the BVHP community faces in it's opposition to the Lennar construction site has been an inability to prove harm. Until we can document clear evidence of direct cause and effect adverse impact on human health and safety we cannot expect decisive legal action. I recognize that it's asking that people get sick and die before appropriate attention and response occur but it's a pragmatic reality.
