But she is right. Why is the international community swooping down on Uganda for this one issue? Why not address that the government is fine with forced marriages and "corrective rape"? And if I read what was on the Parliamentary agenda correctly, an anti-money laundering bill was shelved. Uganda has a lot of crap and homosexuality is becoming a scapegoat. But let's deal with them all rather than be fixated on one issue.
