He has more experience in organised killings, massacres and hiding evidence by lies, burning the human bodies as he has done it in Congo and Rwanda. He has experience and expert friends to help him to organise conference and tells lies and hides the truth. He has friend who invite him just to tell lies about Rwanda and Congo genocide.

If the conference is about the truth, reconciliation, genocide and conflict prevention, and then this invitation is completely wrong and Kagame should not be allowed by any human rights organisation, independent instructions in a such conference.
