I see you have chosen to question "the media's" portrayal of Mr. Harding's police record while labeling it as minor. Please do yourself a favor, don't assume that is all Mr. Harding has plead guilty to. Go spend a little money to get his record (not to mention court documents are public) THEN speak of it as minor. I will just give you a head start. Rape, Assault, Robbery, Illegal Weapons. If you like, you can fill in the remaining items, but I think you see where this is going.

Exactly Seamus, I completely agree with you. All I read from the author is what appears to be a biased attack from someone with an agenda. It actually reads as unprofessional.

The author is questioning facts coming from multiple sources, including independent (which were brought in at the request from public outcry) because of why? Witnesses in the area (the same ones taunting police) claim that Harding didn't do anything wrong? How would they know? As if all those people were right there when it happened. Why isn't the author mentioning the witnesses that say Harding DID have a gun?

The author also tries to portray Harding as someone with a minimal police record, if he actually obtained all the facts the picture would be much different. What does the author want? For the police to just allow criminals to roam the streets with no respect for the law? Might as well make the transit free and tell the police to stay out of that area, then see how many people are killed.

Your dismissal of a man trying to pimp out a 15 year old girl is stomach turning, and it really shows how far you will go to believe, contrary to all evidence, that this act was murder.

The girl called the police herself, since its no big deal I guess she was overreacting in your book.
It must have been hard for her to be brave enough to do that, and you heap scorn on the idea for your own purposes essentially re-victimizing her. Thats disgusting.

Oh, lets not forget your paragraph of questions about the handgun. You reveal yourself there to be classic conspiracy theorist. 911 conspiracy theorists do just what you do: ask a lot questions you have no answers for.

Hello Mr. Calderón-Zaks,

Your're attempting to cast doubt on the County Coroner, the Police, and SFCSI, and "the Media" in order to keep a 'police murder' hypothesis alive.

That's a lot of source you're attacking. Usually it is better to discuss the info content of a source rather than attacking the source. For instance, you might say, 'The recovered gun doesn't look like the one removed in the video' or '.380 cal is a bit like .40 & so maybe the coroner made an error.'

I don't think content attacks will hold up well given the evidence, but it would be better than the genetic logic fallacies you're providing. Source attacking without backup just tells us facts appear to be biased against you're argument, which is probably why you're not including them.

You ask us to accept the highly improbable, rather than the more likely.

So, the author believes that this is all one big conspiracy. That there is some kind of departmental procedure to shoot black and brown people for infractions and just plant a gun ? Apparently somehow the media is in on this too ? This must all be orchestrated by “the Man”.
