He looks like someone who came out of GP but not SHU fed. Something is amiss or he is brand new to the game.. but highly likely, not a long term SHU prisoner, imho as I have seen them lose weight and not gain weight.. I thought that the first time I saw the photo but hellllo anything goes with the CDCR right??

No debrief is required but abstinence from all gang activity and communication is a requirement before eligibility for enrollment and after completing the program. Check it out, it works without creating "snitch" jackets and other political baggage..
