She is the biggest crook on City Council and has constantly used taxpayer money for extravagant "fundraising" parties, international trips, and even put her boyfriend's daughter on the payroll full time, despite her studying in upstate NY. Desley Brooks is a disgrace to us all using taxpayer money so desperately needed throughout Oakland.

Everybody knew it; nobody did anything. LaFarge was responsible for the barge that crashed through the Lower Ninth Ward Levee. I hope this will be well monitor this.

I hope they take note even if only to know that this is a City Councilwoman they need to support.

I wonder whether Joe Debro imagines this has anything to do with the Occupy Movement. Clearly he thinks it has to do with electoral politics because he is arguing for the re-election of Desley Brooks.
