		<description><![CDATA[These type of revelations will eventually open up the hearts and eyes of those who have the power to bring them out of the darkness and burn the &quot;others&quot; by the light truth shall shine on this matter of &quot;solitary confinement&quot; and its harsh and toxic conditions when neglected and abused by many systems nationwide.. The Supreme Court will one day have to decide whether this practice is legal or torture and the more facts are gleaned, the better the argument will be for limited or elimination of this &quot;punitive tool&quot; inside our federal and public prisons. Short term confinement with oversight and mental health intervention is needed in order to bring it back within the conforms of humanity and civil right protection for those incarcerated and kept there in the darkness with few resources available to speak out and be HEARD~~~~ ]]></description>
