Lets wait and see,vigilanteism must end and it starts at the orders frm the top. This is clearly a sign in the right direction in Oakland ,they need a responsive police dept free of abusive tactics.With this new attitude I hope it fosters a better liasion with the police and perhaps we could make inroads in reforming an institution that has been historically anti people,especially Black and Hispanic. Lets wait and see! Progress it has no ending but it does have a beginning.
