The San Francisco Port Commission has issued a Request for Proposals seeking a qualified respondent that has the demonstrated ability to finance, design, construct, and operate a restaurant located at 295 Terry Francois Boulevard, with the goal of negotiating a lease and related documents for the development and lease of the restaurant.
