REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The Successor Agency to the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency is soliciting proposals from qualified development teams to purchase Transbay Block 9, a 31,000 square foot site located in Downtown San Francisco, and develop a high-density residential project with approximately 580 housing units, 20 percent of which must be affordable to qualifying households, and neighborhood serving retail.
