I wonder now that we have a 'super' majority in the assembly and senate if they can get a veto proof vote to pass press access?

I will guarantee one thing right off the bat from personal experience as a former SHU deputy warden. As soon as you open up these corridors to public viewing and inspections, the quicker and the better conditions become. Other actions will only be played without real good faith and will only bring cosmetic changes rather than real one.
