The concept of convicted but innocent apparently doesn't resonate with you. There have been over 100 people exonerated and released from death row based on DNA evidence. Mumia is innocent. He was convicted by a jury from which blacks were purged in a city that was 40% black at the time. More importantly he was convicted on tainted evidence. The jury was presented with a "confession" that was concocted by the police and prosecutor almost two months after the shooting. The prosector never revealed to the jury that there was a third person on the scene who was picked out of a line-up as the shooter by the prosecution's star witness ...twice. The two main witnesses were both convicted felons whose stories changed from the night in question to the time of trial. They both had something to gain from testifying the way the police wanted them to testify. Finally, the prosecution was unable to prove that the bullet that killed Faulkner came from Mumia's gun. They "forgot" to test Mumia's gun, hands, and clothing which would have established whether he had fired his gun although they tested Faulkner and others. Gee, I wonder why. The Philadelphia police are notorious for scandals involving planting evidence, framing people for crimes, paying people for testifying falsely in court. Yet, they want us to believe that it didn't happen in this case. Check out the many scandals before and after this incident in the Philly Inquirer. Sorry Rightwing, you are dead wrong.

Sandra Jones represents the worst of academia: "assistant professor of sociology" who might appear to be helping someone but in fact has no qualms supporting the convicted murderer of a police officer and uses the Bluefords as a tool to further her personal agenda. Disgusting apologist ashamed of her skin color and suffering from some bizarre misplaced guilt.

Adam Blueford says, "Mumia said that justice is never given; it's fought for, not violently..." Hey Adam, ask Daniel Faulkner if agrees with Mumia. Oh, wait. You can't. Mumia murdered Officer Faulkner. I guess that's not violent, right? Gee, I'd hate to see Mumia when he gets violent.

Sorry, Mumia Jambalaya, I'm not buying it. You know you are guilty. And no amount of time or apologists of any color can change your guilt. That sound you hear is karma coming for you.

You know I'm right.
