NOW ACCEPTING HOUSING APPLICATIONS, RISING OAKS provides young adults with 30 units of transitional, studio apartment living and support services for up to 24 months on the Fred Finch Youth Center campus in Oakland.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: (1) Current or former foster or probation youth; (2) Age 18-21; (3) Low Income; (4) Individuals with disabilities or other special considerations strongly encouraged to apply; (5) Ability to comply with the terms and conditions of the lease.
