Justice for Kevin Clark! Stop racist police brutality!

With a banner reading “From the Mission District to the whole Bay Area – Stop Racist Police Brutality,” over 300 community members rallied against the most recent case of police violence in San Francisco. The event was prompted by a video that became widespread showing 18-year-old City College student Kevin Clark being brutalized by two San Francisco police officers.

Pack the courtroom — Dept. 12 at 850 Bryant — at 1:30pm today for the arraignment on bogus charges of DeBray Carpenter, better known as Fly Benzo, resistance leader in Bayview Hunters Point. Public Defender Jeff Adachi has assured he will be well represented, but he needs and deserves a crowd of supporters too. Fly is the keynote speaker Saturday at the October 22nd rally to stop police brutality. The mayor is in charge of the police department. Black Man with sagging pants kicked off plane and arrested, but man in panties allowed to fly

Just a few days ago, a college football player was booted off a US Airways flight for having sagging pants. As it turns out, sagging pants is considered to be worse than a man wearing nothing but a pair of panties. A US Airways spokesperson confessed as much on Tuesday as she had to try to explain the inexplicable double standard.
