We, New Afrikan Revolutionary Nationalist cadres and all righteous, conscious citizens of the Republic of New Afrika, have a responsibility to uplift our nation, to protect our nation from destructive forces both INSIDE and outside of the Provisional Government of the New Afrikan Independence Movement (NAIM).
Those of us who fully adhere to our New Afrikan creed, Code of Umoja (New Afrikan Constitution) and New Afrikan Declaration of Independence and are partisans of the New Afrikan Revolutionary Nationalist ideology – we overstand that the Republic of New Afrika (RNA) is a nation at WAR, fighting for national liberation, self-determination and our independence from the United States empire.
If a person is identifying as “New Afrikan,” to us it means that you have proclaimed your nationality as such and one should assume that you share a collective consciousness with the brothers and sisters of our nation – students of the same thought pushing the same vision for our common goals. Our New Afrikan Revolutionary Nationalist (NARN) formations are currently in the stage of rebuilding and regrouping with like-minded comrades in order to create a concrete foundation capable of supporting our nation.
As a nation and as revolutionary nationalists, we must dissect and use the method of scientific socialism in our pursuit of self-determination. We cannot go about trying to organize and rebuild our movement using the same technique that we would use to push the common revolutionary organization or party.
We must study and struggle using the New Afrikan revolutionary teachings laid out by our forerunners to raise national consciousness, spark a social revolution and move the RNA toward national liberation. The “New Afrikan Liberation Movement” is not the same as the more narrow “Black” movement in general.
We are fighting the U.S. not just as an oppressed “race” or class of individuals, but as a colonized nation that has declared its independence. Our fight for liberation takes on a deeper political struggle.
Individuals inside the RNA and NAIM have created our own organizations that serve as educational institutions and political and military vanguard elements to agitate, educate and organize the people around the politics of our oppression. But how can we be effective in rebuilding or liberating the RNA itself if the Provisional Government (PG) is under the “leadership” of individuals who do not fully adhere to our ideology and lack the political education or ability to organize the nation on a mass level during times like these when fascist repression from the Trump regime has literally created the ideal atmosphere and set the stage for us to hold a plebiscite for our independence?
How can these cadres and NARN formations promote the concept of independence and nation building, especially those of us in these kkkoncentration kkkamps, if there is no organizational structure or collective struggle within the New Afrikan Independence Movement to mobilize our comrades and conscious citizens on the street? With elections for the Provisional Government coming up, we must have this discussion and let it be a call to action for our nation’s leaders to take a more progressive approach to network, organize and unite with our New Afrikan brothers and sisters across the kkkountry.

We cannot move into 2018 with a new president in the PG-RNA and all these NARN comrades and formations in disarray fighting the same fight, calling for the exact same thing in Detroit as the cadres I build with in Virginia and Texas – students of the same thought – yet these people have never connected. It is fundamental to all NARN formations fighting to rebuild our nation that we grow a united front for the liberation of New Afrika (FROLINA), as well as electing solid revolutionary leadership to the PG who will first and foremost properly establish a governing body and work with cadres to create national infrastructure.
Our forerunners established “Peoples Center Councils” and the “People’s Revolutionary Leadership Council” for a reason. There is a need for a base within the RNA and NAIM that would allow councils to know the existence of every NARN formation and cadre in the kkkountry. By opening up a secure communication network, we would be able to collectively organize and mobilize much more effectively on a mass level.
This type of conversation and activity is what separates the New Afrikan culturalist from the revolutionary nationalist. The Republic of New Afrika and the NAIM are not organizations; we have to take things to higher levels of struggle in 2018 and start acting like a nation of people who actually want the freedom to determine our own destiny.
Presidents and leaders of nations fighting for national liberation and self-determination are seen in the villages or communities pushing their vision for the “new” nation among the colonized peoples. In liberation struggles, the vanguard is educating the masses: boots on the ground raising consciousness.
We see the “new” movement growing and reaching the masses over the past few years; however, it is clear that there is no revolutionary vanguard on the ground for the people to see. The masses that we see mobilizing in the street during these protests have no clue the RNA and NAIM even exists!
The Republic of New Afrika and the NAIM are not organizations; we have to take things to higher levels of struggle in 2018 and start acting like a nation of people who actually want the freedom to determine our own destiny.
If the revolutionary nationalist and the political vanguard fail to reach the people and educate and win their consciousness during their agitation, rebellion or “riot stage” as soon as they start searching for solutions to the problem, then there will be no social revolution born out of all that revolutionary potential still sound asleep inside every colonized individual. Some seem to think that this fire we see burning among the masses will either stay lit forever or that the “agitation” will magically turn into “revolutionary consciousness” on its own.
What we are seeing right now is what Fanon warned us about in “The Wretched of the Earth” when the revolutionary nationalist leaders fail to win the support of the masses – in this case simply fail to even organize, mobilize and create a platform to introduce “nation” or “self-determination” to the people – then we allow the petty bourgeoisie to sweep in and become the voice and “leaders” of the movement.
Donald Trump has managed to turn every oppressed nation and class against him, but instead of the PG-RNA and NAIM turning that agitation and resistance into a national liberation struggle and creating a revolutionary people’s war against the oppressor nation, the masses and their potential are being hijacked by the reformists and integrationists like the NAACP. It’s not the peoples’ fault; they know nothing about what must take place for our people to achieve total liberation.
There has never been an active New Afrikan Liberation Movement for them to see in their lifetime, so for them the Black Lives Matter movement is the limit of the movement and will never move beyond a recognition of colonial violence against New Afrikan people to the necessity of national sovereignty.
The reason neo-colonialism is so dangerous is because it is so subtle that even the neo-colonial sock puppets don’t realize themselves that they are being used as counter-revolutionary agents. These so-called “leaders” are political sharecroppers mass organizing our people for the DNC candidates and backward activists trying to reform genocide and fascism. The “new” movement is being turned into a civil rights movement … national reformism.
The NALC and GJU are among those working expediently to grow a FROLINA. We believe establishing that foundation is a critical first step toward the extensive work we all must take on in order to rebuild the PG-RNA and NAIM.

The call for collective struggle, networking state to state and creating a national conversation of New Afrikans/ “Blacks” taking back control of our lives by proclaiming our nationality is what’s needed to let our people see that the concept of actual “Black Power” self-determination is possible today. We have to show even our own that we are not at all incapable of national liberation; if anything, we have a better advantage now than any prior attempt.
This will give the revolutionary something to fight for. Hearing and seeing our formations speak in the community and working in conjunction with other revolutionary forces is going to bring thousands into our movement when they see it is still possible for the revolutionary – the guerrilla – to maneuver in amerikkka. Part of creating this network means more of us being our own journalists and media – using journals, newsletters and multi-media platforms as a base to connect and push information.
