Information Sessions will be held at 220 Golden Gate Avenue; San Francisco, CA 94102 on March 8th at 2:00 PM and March 13th at 5:00 PM.

A public lottery will be held on April 17th, 2018 at 1 PM located at 220 Golden Gate Avenue; San Francisco, CA 94102.  Lottery Results will be posted at on April 24th, 2018.  Attendance is optional.

Preferences will be given in the following order: (1) Certificate of Preference (COP) – COP Holders are primarily households displaced in Redevelopment Project Areas during the 1960’s & 1970’s, but may also include other persons displaced by Agency action. (2) Displaced Tenant Housing Preference (DTHP) – DTHP holders are San Francisco tenants who were evicted because of the Ellis Act or Owner Move-In (OMI) evictions or have been displaced by a fire.  (3) Anti-Displacement Housing Preference (ADHP) Households located in census tracts at elevated risk of economic displacement. (4) Live or Work in San Francisco (L/W)  Applicants in each preference category must meet program requirements in order to enter into a Lease Agreement
