Announced by Kevin “Rashid” Johnson in “Florida prisoners are laying it down,” a strike called Operation PUSH was organized in January 2018, an important precursor to the Aug. 21-Sept. 9 National Prison Strike. Florida DOC, one of the most repressive prison systems in the country, can’t stop conscious prisoners from organizing peaceful protests, a movement reflected outside the prisons by a growing number of prison abolitionists in protests like this one, #OperationPUSH, in downtown Miami on Martin Luther King Day, Jan. 15, 2018. – Photo: Tomas Kennedy

On Aug. 21 until Sept. 9, there was supposed to be a nationwide protest within the penal system. Aug. 21 is the anniversary of Black Panther Gen. George Jackson being killed by the pigs and Sept. 9 is the anniversary of the 1971 Attica Rebellion. Mr. Jackson was a true revolutionary and the Attica Rebellion was a revolutionary time in history.

The people have no idea of class struggle. The enemy is constantly lurking, watching for the rise of the Black Messiah and his soldiers. In my last article in the San Francisco Bay View, the February 2018 issue, the authorities have it on their website and don’t want me as well as other comrades to politicize, unify and organize the slaves (inmates).

We must follow the example of California slaves’ (inmates’) hunger strike in 2013: 30,000 participated, now that’s right on! It changed the whole political system in California. The three-strikes law is amended, juvenile age upgraded to 23, package permits like you’re shopping at Walmart, JPay tablets that let inmates email family members because writing letters is old school!

San Quentin prison is a model slave kamp for those who want to learn even if a slave inmate got life. Knowledge is everlasting; that shouldn’t be denied.

But it took guts and balls to challenge a massive system that was designed for legal slavery according to the 13th Amendment. The old Dixie Boys in Florida still have that Jim Crow mindset that don’t want to comply with the U.S. Constitution.

Seems like the North – the Yankees – need to come back to Old Dixie and kick the Rebels’ ass again! Minus the help of the ignorant so-called Negros. Leave massa to fight his own battle.

Minister Louis Farrakhan, the spiritual leader for the Blackman in America, ain’t no sell-out! The Muslim leader has been in the streets for over 63 years bringing truth to the 85 percent who have no knowledge of self and kind.

The plantation must be restructured to fit humane conditions because in some states they’re still violating the Eighth Amendment. Florida slaves (inmates) must shut down these systems like Malcolm X said, by any means necessary.

Through non-violent protests, the Free Alabama Movement is raising hell! I think it’s in the water because these so-called street organizations are watered down fighting and killing each other.

I was just at another plantation, Cross City, where the officials told me that they knew who I was. My article in the San Francisco Bay View’s February 2018 issue is on the Department of Corrections/Corruption website and they told me I was too militant-minded – like Nat Turner – to be on their plantation, that I have the influence to wake the gang members up to incite a riot.

No! The only thing I am teaching the 85 percent is the knowledge of God and mankind. They don’t want an intelligent slave (inmate) around, so they once again put me on their horse and wagon (prison bus) and transferred me 1,000 miles from family members.

I was at Cross City for only two weeks. This is what they do; they don’t want to keep a conscious-minded Brother too long at a slave kamp (prison).

The IWOC in Gainesville, Florida, is the organization all slaves should join – Black, white, Latino. They’re the only organization in Florida fighting for the slaves (inmates).

The San Francisco Bay View newspaper must be supported. You slaves (inmates) spending $100 in the canteen, tell family members to donate $5. It’s 100,000 slaves (inmates). Do the math!

As I’m on my way to another slave kamp, Allah (God) will protect his soldiers. Shout out to the comrades who are fighting in the trenches.

Power to the people!
