SF OCII issues Request for Proposals for parks maintenance, janitorial and property management services

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – PARKS MAINTENANCE AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

The Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure has released a Request for Proposals for parks maintenance, building janitorial services and property management services for public parks and streetscapes at Phase 1 of the Hunters Point Shipyard and for the Shipyard Site Office building at 451 Galvez Avenue. Local small businesses and teams including local small businesses are highly encouraged to submit proposals. A mandatory pre-submission meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 12th at 10 a.m. at the Shipyard Site Office building at 451 Galvez Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94124.
