Rules and regulations for senior communities require at least one occupant to be 55+, but not necessarily the owner. Applicants must be first-time homebuyers and cannot exceed the following income levels:

One person – $51,700; 2 persons – $59,100; 3 persons – $66,500; 4 persons – $73,900 etc.

100% of Area Median Income 2019 (for Unit 206)
