Crane Place senior housing waiting list reopened until July 9

Apartments for Low-Income Seniors. Crane Place Apartments is a federally-subsidized housing community in Menlo Park, California. The Studio waiting list for Crane Place Apartments will be opened on June 1st, 2021 and run for 5 and a half weeks until Friday, July 9, 2021. Crane Place Apartments is accepting applications from seniors 62 years of age or older, who meet the guidelines for admission, as well as mobility impaired applicants 18 years of age or older, who require the design features of the accessible apartments. To request an application packet, call 650-325-2442, or come to the office of Crane Place Apartments, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon and 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, at 1331 Crane Street, Menlo Park, CA 94025. A lottery for waiting list placement will take place at 10:00 am on Thursday, July 15, 2021, in the Community Room at Crane Place. You are welcome to attend the lottery, but you are not required to attend.
