One of the most important moments perhaps in the process of a Black child’s life is “The Talk.” The COVID-19 pandemic crisis and the upheaval caused by the recent police killings of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor and so many others, are pushing parents with an urgency to have “The Talk” with their children earlier than later.

Terra Linda Manor

Terra Linda Manor, a 125-unit affordable apartment community in San Rafael, is opening its waitlist for a limited time! This property is within walking distance of schools, shopping centers, and many other amenities including the Kaiser San Rafael Campus. This community also includes laundry facilities, a swimming pool, and assigned parking. 1, and 2-bedroom apartments are currently available for lease. Pre-applications for the waitlist will be distributed and accepted starting at 9AM on October 20, 2023. If applying by October 30th, applications will be ordered by random lottery.
