I need to bring to your attention a corrupt, retaliatory, unprofessional, ruthless tyrant, who holds the slave-master title of unit manager, and his blatant, unethical conduct and his disregard for the North Carolina Department of Public Safety (NCDPS) Division of Prisons policy and procedure, which he swore under oath to uphold. His name is Kevin Ingram! Mr. Ingram is a Black man who hates his own and rules with an iron fist.

I’m writing to you on behalf of myself and ALL of the other brothers who are sharing my same struggle as a captive of the Georgia Department of Oppression. Georgia is a “hate state,” so we have no “progressive” media outlets here in the state and we need to bring attention to our plight with hopes that the publicity will garner us some help in one fashion or another.

Martinez Detention Facility (MDF) AdSeg detainees support the core and supplemental demands of our partners in CDCR Pelican Bay Prison AdSeg/SHU programs and we join them in opposition of their and ALL unconstitutional conditions of confinement in all California State prisons and jails. We hereby also provide notice of our own “Five Core Demands.”
