Corcoran State Prison is a death camp

July 20, 2013

by Carl F. Harrison

There is no doubt in my mind that Corcoran State Prison is nothing more than a death camp. The prison staff I liken to Hitler’s best. As for truth, justice and the American way, you can forget this at Corcoran. There is no honor or integrity there. I’ve been laughed at by every staff member when I quote the duty and obligation they have to the taxpayers and to America. “Fuck the Constitution” is a quote I often hear.

I am 60 years old, suffer from seizure disorder, hernia, back and hip injury, hearing impairment, obesity, high blood pressure, anxiety disorder and I have had two heart attacks undocumented.

Hunger Strike Rally Corcoran, 'Prisoners' rights are human rights' 071313 by Karen Shuster
On July 13, 400 prisoner supporters from across California rallied at Corcoran to encourage the hunger and work strikers on Day 6 of their strike. The protesters, sweltering in 103-degree heat, wondered how the prisoners survive. – Photo: Karen Shuster
Corcoran State Prison has a long history of abusive behavior, as most people are aware. Many prisoners have died as a result of this behavior. What I have learned is that there is a conspiracy at Corcoran Prison to kill off medically problematic aged prisoners.

How? Inside the prison cells there is no proper ventilation system and the electricity is randomly shut off at any time. After a long hot triple digit day of outside heat, the back wall of the cell heats up and heat penetrates inside the cells causing cells to be like an oven.

The warden covers up these facts by using fake temperature testing so that they always come back with a reading of 71 degrees. They only conduct the test at cell doors, when they should test at the back wall at 8:00 through 11:00 p.m.

The entrance and exit of the building is shaped like a cup and the flooring is blacktop, which creates a hothouse effect: 150 degree temperature at the door. Inmates can be made to stand there for up to an hour.

Prisoners can and are ordered to go into this heat regularly.

Although there is a regulation in place that inmates who are heat sensitive do not have to go out into 90 degree plus heat, this rule is regularly ignored. Heat sensitive inmates could be called in the early morning instead for medical, dental or psych appointments so they are not placed into hot temperatures, but this is of no concern.

Why? For example, I was called to an appointment and told if I did not show up I would be given a rule violation. My answer to them was, “Better a rule violation than a box.”

What I have learned is that there is a conspiracy at Corcoran Prison to kill off medically problematic aged prisoners.

In the past 15 years, endless prisoners have suffered strokes, heart attacks or death due to one or all of the problems stated in this document: heat related illnesses.

Heat sensitive prisoners may be ordered to go out into 100 degree temperatures at any time, and an emergency code can be “magically” called so that the inmates are forced to lie down on the hot blacktop for up to an hour or more.

Tell me how easy it is to kill people in a prison like this? Anyone can be bumped off at any time. Accidents do happen, but they are not accidents at Corcoran State Prison.

The most terrible element of this is the mental drama they attach to each situation to inflict higher degrees of mental and emotional trauma, which raises your body temperature higher and places you in the proper setting to suffer.

I have a family member who is currently at hdsp and is supposed to be transferred to Corcoran so he will be closer to home. I am afraid for him after reading about Corcoran being a death camp. He is appealing his case but it will take a long time. he is young and was sentenced to a lot of years. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THE INHUMANE TREATMENT.

I hope this email brings a deeper meaning to your cause in which I fully support. I am currently working on a book called, Crimes of Faith. In short, their crimes are on a mass scale and globally and responsible for millions of murders and the list goes on.

The situation at this moment brings perfect opportunity to challenge, judge and bring awareness. The crimes of criminal cannot compare to the righteous!

I am sure you will cry and become quite angry as you view this short book I have put together. Most of it is pictures. I kept it brief and to the point. Also, towards the middle of Project Blue, their is a section about the criminals and prisoners. Criminals…are the victims. The mentally ill are the results of a system that is evil.

I am currently working with 3rd world countries and others in regards to global restoration. We have spoke about asking prisoners to bring awareness to the world about Project B.L.U.E. And Project L.I.M.E through prison protests which is why I write to you. Please know that Project L.I.M.E. needs editing and is just a rough draft/generalization of our goals. It includes releasing prisoners (not all) but most, providing recovery and freedom. We do not believe in prisons!

If interested, please visit You will see a tab for project blue and project lime. You'll want to view blue first. It is best to view in two up mode because of the pictures.

I hope that we can work together on a much larger scale! You will understand as you read through the projects our intentions. I tried to keep it simple. With all my heart, I wish us all the best.

They do what they want at Corcoran . The guard’s mistreat inmate especially when they don’t like you . They will mess with you ,Set you up, take your stuff . SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ….THEY NEED TO REALLY INVESTIGATE ON THE WAY THE GUARD’S OPERATE THIS PRISON.There are a lot of story about what go’s on in this place. Closings the prison hospital and having to go to go all the to the city of Hanford. Inmates can die before they get to the Hospital.

I met a CO that works at Corcoran and he was brutal. He has no idea how to behave or treat people his abuse is unbelievably cruel under every circumstance and his paranoia runs rapid. He is evil but thinks he’s a standup fair person! He’s not. rather he mocked my faith and bullied everyone he knows so I believe what they say about This prison not to mention all his stories about bad CO’s and according to him it’s 96 percent but of course not him. He would go on to say that prisoners, guilty or not, are not human but scumbags and that they have more rights then they do and that just won’t do.
