During the first week of May 2023, Deputy Warden Gares was doing his follow-up rounds in D-8 segregation unit. I approached Mr. Gares and explained to him that I was not pleased with the unconstitutional tactics of Institutional Investigator Mr. Ritz. I basically gave him a piece of my mind.
I told Gares that the policies of the institution’s investigator are designed and aimed at the Black inmate population. Black inmates are twice as likely as white inmates to be placed in solitary confinement for long periods while being made the subject of a senseless investigation. Mr. Ritz then writes conduct reports against inmates which are false. These conduct reports are often without any facts and do not adhere to administrative rules.
On May 6, 2023, mental health Dr. King came and told me he was contacted by Deputy Warden Gares, and Gares asked him to speak with me. Dr. King then told me he was going to prescribe for me the psychotropic drugs called Risperdal and Cogentin. I then told King that I’m not interested in consuming any drugs, nor am I in need of any mental health services.
Dr. King had no desire to respect my choice to refuse his offer. King was adamant and even demanding that I take these pills. He told me that he was going to order the pills whether I liked it or not.
I have been refusing these medications due to negative side effects. In 2004, several inmates, including myself, had reported such side effects as rapid weight gain, impaired motor brain movements and loss of right brain functions. Scientific research has shown that psychotropic drugs will weaken the pituitary and pineal glands of the brain, which can have a negative impact on our bodies and minds and cripple our spiritual energy as well. The body is the micro-temple vehicle of all macro-cosmic energy. Any toxins or pollutants will block the divine spiritual power from entering our bodies and healing us.
As a result of Dr. King’s unethical mental practices and me exercising my right to refuse these medications, on May 9, 2023, I was transferred to the worst prison in Ohio, SOCF (Southern Ohio Correctional Facility) in Lucasville, Ohio.
The U.S. mental health system has demonstrated that they have used psychotropic drugs as a weapon to control inmates as well as people in society, especially when they are considered outspoken, militant or spiritually gifted, meaning people who report seeing visions of other realms and seeing events on the astral plane before they occur on a physical level. These are people with special gifts who have been outcast from society and labeled crazy – or creepy.
As we enter a new age of spiritual enlightenment, we should focus on eliminating the use of these harmful drugs – like Thorazine and Risperdal — and replacing them with a more civilized system that encourages an organic, holistic technique to treat individuals who are considered “mentally ill.”
Furthermore, those who consider themselves mental health doctors should re-examine the term “mentally ill” and adopt a less systematic approach to treating patients by first understanding the realistic fact that a person who is “mentally ill” can be a victim of a deranged society that promotes violence, racism, gender discrimination and so forth.
Society must be transformed. The quality of life for humans must be increased with the system of mental health at the forefront for change.
The mental health system cannot continue to turn individuals into zombies. Dr. King’s unethical medical practices should be exposed so that other human beings should not be forced to undergo such cruel and unusual abuse.
