The past 50 years between George Jackson’s assassination by guards at San Quentin, and the brutal murder of George Floyd by police on the streets of Minneapolis, shines the light brighter on the ongoing tragedy of blind hatred towards Black human lives.

Our struggle is one of resistance against that which has been forced upon us. The whole system conspired against New Afrikans, subjecting many of us to outright torture at the hands of those overseeing the prison industrial complex.
