The Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure (OCII) is preparing to release a Request for Proposals from interested firms to provide landscape maintenance, streetscape maintenance, and property management services for parks, streetscapes, and the Hunters Point Shipyard Site Office Building at Phase 1 of the Hunters Point Shipyard.
