SFHRC is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit a pool of qualified providers who are interested in providing technical assistance, capacity building as well as youth educational and leadership development to improve the quality of services for youth. Respondents chosen through this process will be eligible to enter into contract to perform any or all of the services as described in this RFQ. The final terms and conditions of the contract shall be subject to negotiation. The Department may, at its sole discretion, make multiple awards based upon the list of qualified respondents. Respondents may apply for any service areas for which they meet the requirements and have the ability to provide the desired services.
