Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”)

For

Technical Assistance & Youth Leadership Training

 

SFHRC is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit a pool of qualified providers who are interested in providing technical assistance, capacity building as well as youth educational and leadership development to improve the quality of services for youth. Respondents chosen through this process will be eligible to enter into contract to perform any or all of the services as described in this RFQ. The final terms and conditions of the contract shall be subject to negotiation. The Department may, at its sole discretion, make multiple awards based upon the list of qualified respondents. Respondents may apply for any service areas for which they meet the requirements and have the ability to provide the desired services. No organization pre-qualified through this RFQ is guaranteed a contract.

The purpose of this RFQ is to identify organizations providing technical assistance, capacity building as well as youth educational and leadership development to improve the quality of services for youth to ensure the highest quality youth life-course programming. Organizations receiving contracts as a result of this RFQ must be San Francisco City-approved suppliers, meet specific eligibility and contractual requirements, and operate in a spirit of community partnership to help HRC meet our funding goals and outcomes.
