Our Elder, Baba, Freedom Fighter and President Robert Mugabe has been forced to “resign” – and removed from his democratically-elected office by that nation’s military and the Zimbabwe African National Union – Patriotic Front (ZANU-PF) leaders – in an apparent coup.

Pan African delegation petitions ICC to prosecute NATO war crimes

The Pan African Solidarity Hague Committee delivered a petition to the chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, in The Hague, Netherlands, on June 18. The petition demands that the ICC prosecute the U.S., Britain, France, Italy, Canada and NATO for war crimes and crimes against humanity.

Africa under siege

The various countries in Africa that have been targeted for destabilization and regime-change are large scale producers of oil and other valuable resources and commodities. Libya accepted the African Union peace proposal, but the rebels and their Western allies rejected it.

No blood for oil! Libya has the largest known oil reserves on the continent of Africa. The country is also a large producer of natural gas that is supplied to several European states. It is the resources of this country that U.S. imperialists want to control.
